What is a Geothermal HVAC System?

The Geothermal HVAC system comprises two essential parts: the heat pump and the ground loop. During the summer, the heat pump receives the hot air from inside your house. It removes the heat and sends it down through the ground loop, leaving you with crisp cool air through your vents. In the winter, the heat pump brings hot water from underneath the surface, extracts the heat, and sends the water back through the ground loop to collect more heat.
